When they need a leader...

Monday, August 28, 2006
I'm pretty sure everyone that visits here knows that I'm a DEI fan. And some of you know my views on the upper-management at DEI and why they suck, but just in case you didn't, I found an article today on Jayski that pretty much shows why heads need to roll, big time, in the offices at DEI.

In this article about Dale Jr.'s former crew chief Pete Rondeau, Pete talks about how he hasn't spoken to Dale Jr. Since his firing; which is sad. But there are two things in this article that really fired me up; one was that Pete says he received a phone call from crew guys at DEI on his day off (before he was fired) saying that changes were being made to his cars without his knowledge. Bad, bad business. And the second was that it seems like most of the blame for Pete's firing has landed squarely on Dale Jr.'s shoulders.

Now, yes Junior did make the final decision to go back to Tony Jr., (which, despite what the article says, has changed that team dramatically since Pete's firing. I mean really, there isn't even a comparison, except maybe points but take away those two 43rd place finishes and where would they be?) but Junior wasn't the only decision maker. Why doesn't the upper-management take the fall for anything that goes on in that company?

Let's think about this, someone in upper-management made the call to start making changes to the cars before Pete was informed of the decision to let him go. Someone in upper-management let the arguing between Dale Jr., the Eury's and Pete go on long enough for the 8 and 15 teams to be competing against, and not with, each other last year. Someone let Tony Eury Sr. and Jr. act like children and not share info with the 8 team last year and someone is still letting Junior take the fall for this entire situation.

That someone is the person who also let Junior take the burden of all the bad press last year without saying a single damn word.

That person is Teresa Earnhardt.

Teresa isn't fit to run that company because she isn't brave enough to come to the track and deal with the media the way a real owner should. She continues to live the life of solitude while everyone else around her takes the fall, and everyone else only whispers that she doesn't have what it takes, because after all, she's Dale's widow. Well you know what, she should have hung it up five years ago then, because the ship damn near sank last year and if not for the fan following and personality of Dale Jr. it would be under water by now.

Another person, who I actually like, but isn't fit for the job, is Richie Gilmore, VP of Motorsports at DEI. Richie admitted a few weeks ago that he won't get into contract negotiations between Teresa, Junior and Kelley Earnhardt, because he doesn't want to get in the middle of family. Well, hell, family is what almost took that company down last year. By all means, Richie step up and have some cahones or step aside buddy, because somebody needs to take the reigns there. And apparently, no one that is there now is in the position to.

What I wouldn't give for the Golden Ticket to walk in that place and make some changes. Head would roll, people. Heads would roll.

Whew. Anyway, I thought I'd just get that off my chest.

Thoughts?

Have a good one.

Comments for When they need a leader...
I totally agree...someone needs to step up and take charge. Dale is the driver...thats it, just the driver, he shouldnt take the flack for someone else. Teresa doesnt wanna spend the money or put in the time to make the company a championship caliber one...which is a shame cause they have some of the best drivers on the circuit. (IMO)

Good one, B! I've been waiting for this post. Teresa definitely needs to get more involved or step down. It's ridiculous that every other team owner goes to the track each week and DEI is the only one not represented. How would that make you feel as an employee? I think if she made an attempt to be at the tracks, the questions would lean more toward how the cars are running as opposed to questions about Dale, Sr. But we'll never know because she's never there. I do admire Teresa but I think running DEI may be too much for her to handle.

Sigh.......I want so badly for Junior to win the Championship. But I don't think that DEI can compete with Hendrick or Roush or Gibbs or even RCR for that matter. It would be different if Sr. was still here. I too believe that Teresa is not up to the task of running a race team at the Nextel cup level. But alas who the f__k am I? LOL. Love your show! Mike.

Your honesty in this subject says a lot about you. This totally objective point of view is why you'll get a hit from me at least once a day. Whether I agree with you or not is not the purpose of this comment, although I do. I’m standing and applauding this post. It’s a great piece of journalism, in my opinion. I hope every Jr. fan reads it. I’d hand deliver it to Teresa myself given the chance.

http://stewartfan.blogspot.com (and a Jr. fan, too)

Thank you guys for your awesome comments. Especially you Dave. Anybody that appreciates honesty as much as I do is awesome in my book.

I'm with Dave, very straight-forward and objective. GREAT WORK!

Well said. I understand Teresa was thrown into being in the position she is in, however she isn't running it like Dale Sr. wanted the company to be run at all.

Very well said. IMO, Theresa is in over her head and I am definitely not saying that because she is a woman. I believe that in the next few years Kelley and Jr will emerge as two of the smartest business people in NASCAR.

BTW, I love your blog.

Thanks guys!

Really, I think Teresa is very capable of running the merchandising part of the company, which is where she is actually very good. But I think she's just pre-occupied with a lot of other things, (like keeping Dale Sr's memory alive) which I don't blame her for but she's just got to step up or out.

And, of course, I agree with you marisol. It's DEFINITLY not because she's a woman, at all. And, in my opinion, it's not even about running the company the way Dale Sr. would have wanted, it's about running the company the way it needs to be run. I think they actually tried to stick to a blueprint that Dale Sr. had, which was outdated and it caught up to them.

Not saying that it wasn't right for the time, it's just not right for 2006 and beyond.

Thanks again for the comments guys. You rock.

DEI is the only company that when something goes wrong they go to the driver and not the owner. If this happened with another company the driver says "talk to the owner". This kind of thing falls on Dale Jr. and instead of him sending them to Teresa, he just answers the best he can.

I think that Teresa should hire someone to handle all the major decisions, I can see wanting to be the owner of your deceased hubby's company, but we all have weaknesses and hers is definetly being in management. Hire a person who can do the job well and save the company.

At least Dale Jr has his own company in case DEI tanks.

By the age of 31 Wonder Boy had already won four championships. Jr. who recently turned 31, ain't even come close to winning one and if he's truly keen on succeeding, staying with DEI and the late 3's widow ain't gonna get him there. A pox on this family stuff, Jr. oughta follow in his daddy's steps and go to RCR. Probably not much of his daddy's money went to him anyway or Kerry, probably went all to Teresa and his offspring by her. Boy's probably got screwed, so bon voyage to DEI and RCR here I come.
  • Posted at 2:31 PM | By Anonymous Anonymous

It's me again.

Best thing for Jr. is that he needs to get with a team that's got a father figure to really kick his butt when it needs doing like Roush or Childress does when needed. Teresa doesn't have, as most women don't, the butt kicking ability needed in a sport where men have historically ruled. Teresa's absent from the track on occasion which doesn't perceive well, but of course, Ray E according to Jeremy M wasn't around much for his motoring needs and instead was gone racing with Erin.
  • Posted at 2:43 PM | By Anonymous Anonymous

First of all I must say anonymous (with no offense meant) that is a very sexiest view...major sports really havent given women the chance to take charge. Mostly they all stick to the code women cant do the job as well as men..what drivel! Now dont get me wrong, I agree Teresa should step aside as the major decision maker, but she is an awesome marketer.
As for Jr not even coming close to winning a championship..he gave it a mighty good and close shot in 2004.

Okay, first off, I'd appreciate your comments more if you would leave a name, instead of leaving comments, especially ones like this, as anonymous. I'm assuming because of your comments, that you're a man. So I should go ahead and ask, what is so manly about not leaving a name?

Now, I'm going to try to be as reasonable as possible with these comments but I'm sure most of you will understand where I'm coming from.

We'll start with your first comment about Junior. I love that the first conclusion that people jump to with Junior is that he should jump ship and head to RCR. Not a lot of people were saying that until RC got his ship righted this year.

And, if everything goes as planned, Junior will be in contention for the championship this year. I'm not sure if you have noticed that he was actually in contention a few times in the last few years. So not being close, is actually just factually wrong on your part, anonymous.

Also, nobody really knows the terms of Dale Sr.'s will, so assuming he ripped off his own children is not only kind of dumb, but it's just wrong.

Now to your second comment. I take HUGE offense to your comment saying that women don't have butt kicking ability. My comments about Teresa had abosolutely NOTHING to do with her being female. It's more about her personal choices in running her company. Which she helped build, by the way. I take nothing away from Teresa for what she did with that company in the past, and I'll add that any money left to her she earned, since Dale Sr. wouldn't have had most of it without her.

And if you'll read back, you'll see that I also called out Richie Gilmore about not having the balls to step up and make things happen at DEI, as well. As you may know, Richie is a man.

There are plenty of butt kicking women in NASCAR, as well as other sports, who get the job done, and do it well. Kelley Earnhardt and Delana Harvick are the first that spring to mind, although there are many, many more.

I love debating issues with people, but this is the wrong blog for comments such as those. Especially with no facts to back them up. But if you have them, by all means...

If you still have questions about women kicking ass, stick around, because you'll actually see a lot of them hanging around this blog. In fact; Hi, I'm Brandy and you've just meant one.

Thanks for playing, anonymous.

And Hi Shairbearg, thanks for commenting! I'm sorry you comment got swept up in this.

Race Chick,

Let's review the accomplishments of some of the "butt kicking" women drivers in the sport.

For beginners, there's Sara Fisher, hhmmmm after a long hiatus she returned to the IRL a few weeks ago and was lapped how many times? Erin Crocker, it's very apparent why she's still in the sport. What happened to the Robinson lady who raced in NASCAR. She wrecked so many times and so many other drivers that even Jeff Gordon said she's a menace to the sport. And then there's Danica Patrick. After seven years of racing in several pro leagues, she's never won a race, and voila, she gets a ride in the IRL where she's still unsuccessful at ever WINNING a race since 2000. In fact, none of these "butt kicking" babes have ever won a race in the big leagues.

I've concluded, especially with the IRL, that the reason there are women racers in that league is primarily for marketing purposes since interest and attendance is so lackluster. "Look at us, we got women drivers." Danica, especially is being used as a circus attraction and obviously, look at her past record, not for her competitive abilities.

Let's admit, especially in NASCAR, it's a man's sport and though the NBA started the WNBA in order to showcase the other gender's talent, a separate league for women will not prosper in racing.

Oh yes, Harvick's wife went after another woman and I wouldn't refer to that as "kicking butt" but as a good old catfight.

And what's with Junior and his prolific use of the word f___k in the recent ESPN interview?

And he is your ICON, a product of the Bible Belt?

No wonder Yawweh hasn't blessed him with a championship.

Anonymous,

First off, I thought we were discussing butt kicking women of the business world. Since, after all, the whole topic was about Teresa Earnhardt and the way she runs her company. It's true that a female hasn't really broken into racing and won yet. I really can't argue with that. But I will say that Danica Patrick constantly outruns her male teammate Buddy Rice and is actually ahead of him in points.

Obviously, with the same equipment, Danica is outrunning her male counterpart. And even though I'm not a fan of Danica, I'll bet she'll win when she gets into the Andretti-Green car next season.

I'm also not a huge fan of Erin Crocker after everything that has happened with her in the last six months or so. But she was very successful on dirt and outran men on a weekly bases. But you're right about her. There is probably only one reason she's kept her job this season.

And actually, that was Biffle's girlfriend who went after Eva Busch, not Delana Harvick, who runs Kevin Harvick Inc. and is admired by the drivers that run for her. One driver in particular who doesn't bullshit; Tony Stewart.

As far as Junior's language goes, you're not going to get me to criticize him for that. Ever. Since I would have no room to talk. I'm sorry that it offends you, but honestly, I'd suggest just not reading.

I'm not going to get into a religious debate with you since that's not my thing and this isn't the place for it, but again, just put the magazine down if you don't like it. It's your choice to read it.

And I think Junior's skills will end up being what gets him a championship, not any other outside influences.

Couldnt have said it any better myself B...one other thing, this country has free speech, Jr can say whatever he wants!

PS no one ever said Jr was our ICON, sure we like him, but that doesnt make him the see and be all to us.

Anonymous has no interest in this topic, he's just pushing buttons at this point.

Let's move on and write some more kick ass post like the last one.

Yeah I agree Dave. Unless he has any factual points to make, I'll go ahead and consider this topic closed, for me at least.

For those of you who haven't had your say yet, or want to get a word in, by all means go for it.

I probably just won't be answering anonymous about this topic anymore.

but geez I would like to know what was said..oh nevermind, it isnt that important. topic closed :)

Actually Trish, I don't know what that deleted comment is about, it was deleted by the author, so we may never know! I totally missed it.

So at least from my side, you've seen it all. lol

ah interesting to know..I'm all for debate, if the other person atleast brings some valid points. So it's really no biggie.

Yeah BABY you go girrrrrrrrrrrl. I am with you 100%.

Trish - Yeah, I don't mind debate but I can tell when someone is just trying to piss me off and since I have the temper fuse of about an 1/8 of an inch, I figured I should stop before I've really lost it. lol. I'm with you though, I except all VALID points and I really don't mind if people disagree with me, (I like it, actually) as long as we can all be grown ups about it.

Dawg - I'm glad to have you on my side! lol. Thanks for the encouragment.

Wait! NOOOO. I just got back from ATL, I was about to have this guys ass on a silver platter! Assuming it is a guy or a gal who thinks its her right to serve her husband in EVERY way possible. I remember one of my childhood buddy's mom even went as far as wiping her husbands ass. Its just sick.

Now, ladies and fents who think women are only good for child-bearing and cleaing, humans aren't asexual. If a woman didn't open her legs, you wouldn't be here. Just THINK about that. Think about all the pain women have to go through, not just with labor with the actual child growing up, living with ignorant husbands, the economy sucking so both parents must get jobs racking up babysitter bills...just imagine. Put yourself in a woman's body. EVERY damn month we have to go through the same thing, while men sit and scratch and ask for a "sammitch."

Is sound like I'm feminist, don't I? LOL. Trust me, I'm not. I love meh men. ;-)I'm just pretty ticked off that I left my ice cream on the counter while I was gone! It was chocolate cookie dough, too! Do'h. And plus my server is rebooting so noone can access my site right now.

And as on the subject of Junior's mouth, you mean to tell me you haven't swore at least ONCE? Those who are perfect shall cast the first stone, my friend.

I went on Sloganizer.net and on typing my name in on the first try I get "Don't play with fire, play with Brittany.»" Wow. How'd they know?!?!

The all around absorbent, butt-kicking woman.
-Brittany.

I mean't ladies and "gents" LOL.

For what it's worth here's my 2 cents...we went from Teresa to woman drivers (hows that?) two different beasts. Nascar is a mans sport eh..not from where I'm standing
1. women keep the offices running (where would we be without them) 2. wifes and GF support their BF(drivers) that helps.
3.most teams employ women (some in high up positions)

now as for women in sports in general, women play a major roles, sports trainers, assistants, team doctors.

Erin Crocker..what a joke!
As for the others I cant really say much. Go to your dirt races on Saturday..and you'll find your kick-ass women.

for your sexiest views anonymous..think of this: without women, men would be lost!

Sorry, just had to get that out there in the universe. Dale is not the only driver with a so-called dirt mouth...pick up a scanner on race day and you'll find that out QUICKLY! It's not your right to judge or police what others listen to, if you dont like it turn it off.

*dirty mouth*

See! That's what I was saying. There are a bunch of butt kicking woman right here at this blog. As well as awesome men! (Can't forget the fellas. lol)

I don't want to scare off the guys around here with all this I-am-woman talk, (lol) so I'll end all of this conversation with this:

Equality (of ANY kind) shouldn't even be a topic anymore, it should be a regular, unquestionable part of everday life. So it sucks when it gets called into question. It just happens that this blog is run and supported by mostly woman and VERY cool and open-minded guys, so we all jumped to our defenses.

What it comes down to is this: We're all the same and no one is any better than anyone else. At least in my little corner of the blogsphere. Men rock, Woman Rock. Period.

Now, I'm going to get a new post up soon so we can all move on. How about that? :)

Race Chick,

Not yet. Let's dwell some more on this topic.

Even the KING of racing Richard Petty has said he didn't think women belonged as drivers in the sport. And I quote, "I just don't think it's a sport for women. And so far, it's proved out..It's good for them to come in...gives us a lot of PUBLICITY...But as far as being a real true racer"....and blah blah blah.

The current "babe of the moment" in racing, Danica Patrick, got her job only as a result of the IRL needing a marketing gimic to get the crowds in, plain and simple. She had no resume with accomplishments, but she and her "ladies" were what the powers that be at the IRL said we gotta have to get the crowds in. To some degree it has worked.

Dave, I'm pushing buttons? I've laid out the facts behind the current dearth of women successes in the open wheel as well as NASCAR and my position that women can't compete as well as the opinion of the greatest name in racing are unimpeachable.

Trish, I blushed when you referred to me as "sexiest".

Ok, the only thing I am going to say to anonymous is this. Hi! My name is Marisol which I'm not to afraid to post it. I am a petite, soft-spoken southern belle raised by very protective men. Any of them would tell you I could kick your butt faster than you can swig a beer!

Racechick, I won't respond to him again because all he wants is to turn this into a debate. I really hope that you don't have to change the settings so people can't post anonymously because of this..well, the only name I could call him shouldn't be posted here. I'll send you an email later!

Brandy and Meme, I would ban this guys IP.

But getting off this topic before my blood pressure goes up, did you see Junior on the pole for most of last night/afternoon? I don't know where in the hell THAT came from, unless he was faking us out in practice. When Kurt Busch took the pole I actually tried to throw the remote at the screen. Heh.
  • Posted at 9:19 AM | By Anonymous Brittany

Oh for Rusty's sake.

Okay, the last thing I will say to you anonymous and that is that you have NOT, in fact, laid out any facts. Most have been wrong. I won't waste my time on your comments anymore, and I will actually be changing the settings so that no one can post anonymously. Oh and I could care less what Richard Petty has to say about anything.

Now, you can come on here and comment about what I say, but you WILL NOT take shots at the readers here who were only stating their opinions. They are welcomed here, you are not. Unless of course you decide to make a name and fend for yourself but if you come back here starting trouble again I will ban your IP. I don't mind debate but you're just trying to piss me off and I don't like it, and you've said nothing of substance, so I see no need to deal with it anymore.

To the rest of the readers here, I LOVE YOU GUYS! lol.

You're the best and I'm not going to let this guy ruin the energy around here anymore.

HAHA...I didnt mean looks anonymous! Petty is total old school (what I mean by that is caveman mentality)...and come on anonymous show your true self, we dont bite much around here, you just got our dander up ;) YAY we all rock!

I'm gonna rock
Gonna rock n' roll tonight
I'm gonna free
Gonna show my soul the light
I'm gonna pick up Susie
Don't you know it's gonna be all right!
We're gonna shake, Shake our heads around
Gettin' down
To that raunchy sound
Hey P.T.'s playing
Rockin' this lazy town !
Rock n' Roll!!!
Pat Travers Rock N' Roll Susie
I Love music.
I just thought these lyrics would be a good way to end this. Peace People. Mike.
  • Posted at 8:20 PM | By Anonymous MMarshall

I love it Mike! Thanks for the lyrics.

Dammit! That bastard stirred up trouble with my girl RC, and I TOTALLY missed it! But you kicked his ass, and that was awesome. You go, girl.

Thank you, thank you. lol

I'll say it again though, if he has anything reasonable to say, I'll let him do so but I'm not going to let him start trouble again.

Alright, I need to add my 2 cents here, actually it'll probably be more.

First of all, it was Teresa that handled all of Dale's business dealings when they first started out. He only had an 8th grade education and he didn't feel comfortable with everything that was going on with his money - that is why Teresa took over.

Secondly, this Richard Petty thing is crap. Shirly Muldowny made it to the top ranks in NHRA Top Fuel Funny Car and Dragster. Richard Petty couldn't even handle Pro Stock back in the 1960's when he Drag Raced for a year with Dodge because of "disagreements" with NASCAR.

Thirdly, business women and women race car drivers are two different things - most female race car drivers have agents who handle their business decisions for them as do their male counterparts - and some of the agents are female.

Fourthly, it has been well documented by Dale Sr., Dale Jr., and Kerry that Kelley was a way better driver out of the 3 siblings. she just chose not to drive but raise a family and handle the business end of racing. Who do you think ran Dale's Sports Image business? It was her and she made a ton of cash for all those drivers that signed with Dale's company - including Jeff Gordon!

I'm stopping here, for now.
Keep Kicking Butt, Ladies!

Thanks for your POV 4ever3. I like knowing what all the guys around here are thinking too. And your right, Kelley would've probably been a great racecar driver but is just as good in the business world.

Thanks for the encouragement!

Good Lord.

I disagreed with your statement that women kick butt in NASCAR, plainly and concisely lay out my argument, with the King on my side, and what happens, I'm threatened with censorization by the Race Chicky because I don't agree. Didn't cuss, and I don't think I called anybody names, but you sure called me a lot of them. Talk about being thinned skinned, which sort of bolsters my thesis that women can't handle the big pressure of dealing with egotistical drivers and negotiating with sponsors if they can't take on a little nonconformism.

I apologize if I upset the sewing circle mentatility that appears to reflect the majority of your blogger's statements, "Oh your great Race Chick...You're so awesome Race Chick," ad nauseum.

But differing opinions are what makes for great discussion and unfortunately you conduct your blog as if you're Goebbels and won't tolerate any deviation from your viewpoint.
  • Posted at 2:55 PM | By Anonymous Anonymous

Oh boy. Now I know you all told me not to respond to this guy because it's just feeding his need for attention, and you're probably right. But as a Communications Major and advocate of free speech, (hippie mom) I'm letting him have his say with this comment. At least to show his immaturity.

No facts were made, man. They were wrong. I corrected you on them and you ignored them. The only real fact you made was the oh-so-earth-shattering remark that there are no woman drivers, which a) wasn't even what we were talking about and b) I agreed with you, except for the fact that I think there will be some.

I corrected you about Delana, about Danica and all of your other wrong facts.

I am not thin skinned and have taken in and proved your points wrong, handely, if you ask me.

No need to apologize since you've hurt no feelings or proved anyone wrong. The one thing I ask is that if you want to make a point here, do some research. I have no problem with you disagreeing with me, I simply ask that you are respectful to me and the readers, which you weren't. And that you make valid points that don't just hang on what some retired driver who hasnt' stepped out of the 70s has said, which you also failed to do.

So there, anonymous, you had your turn to say that I endorse censorship; wrong again. And that I can't handle egos and don't want debate; wrong again.

Next time you come back here to piss me off, at least come with some facts.

And about your other comment that I've chosen not to post because it was mean spirited; I'll tell you that you won't disrespect me, my blog and especially my readers. And I'm actually an Independent, not, as you say, a Republican. So I guess you were wrong again.

"women can't handle the big pressure of dealing with egotistical drivers"

I take offense at that only because I handle the pressure of dealing with an "egotistical" driver week in and out! (he'd be insulted by that name) Without tooting my own horn...I'm one of the few women that work in the mostly men work force, I worked hard to get the respect they give me, it's a few like you that make it extra hard...get over it women are just as good as men! (in any and everything)

Who said we were brown-nosing Brandy? (No harm intended! I'm just going to make a point) I'm just sticking up for my fellow woman agaisn't a "egotistical" man such as yourself. Do you really think using intellegent words agaisn't us is really going to make us shake in our boots? Doubt it.

And that comment about the WNBA up there is totally wrong. Women actual play the game right without flashy dunks and 7,000 point nights. They pass and use fundamentals. They don't have egos to the point where they won't even fit in the stadium. My high school basketball team beat the guys by 20 points. They were all trying to do it by themselves and got caught up in the TEAM defense. (okay, I'm beating a dead horse with the WNBA thing, but I played in HS, and I'm pretty passionate about women's basketball.)

I'm going to use a word Junior reminded me of in the press conference. Yep I had to pull up the dictionary, I don't think I've used that word since I was 14...

You, sir, are uncouth.

And Jubilee (I hope you don't mind me calling you that, its very pretty!) if I may ask, which driver DO you work for?
  • Posted at 8:56 PM | By Anonymous Brittany

Not again...

And Anonymous, the "Race Chick is so great, Race Chick is so awesome" mentality comes from the fact that we're all her readers and some of us are real-life friends, and we think she's awesome - you came here and berated her ideas (backing them up with, as she pointed out, completely untrue "facts"), and yeah, of course we're going to stick up for our friend! The debating is fine, the attacking is not. You think you didn't offend anyone? I seem to remember, a couple dozen comments up, when you felt the need to make fun of a commenter for a spelling mistake! THAT's unnecessary.

Hey Anonymous, it seems to me that you are the one practicing the art of the Goebbels Technique and not Racechick. In case you're (that is the proper way to spell it, not your - you must be one of those people who spray paint fagget instead of faggot when you vandalize public property) wondering what it is here is the defintion:

The Goebbels technique, also known as argumentum ad nauseam, is the name given to a policy of repeating a point until it is taken to be the truth (see Big Lie).

Give it a rest now, because you are wrong!
  • Posted at 11:04 PM | By Anonymous Had enough of crap from you!

Alrighty. lol

Well, I gave him his right to speak out and didn't "censor" him and I think that's enough. He obviously hasn't made any valid points.

He has left another comment that I'm not putting up because he's not even trying to make any points anymore, he's just being ignorant.

So, in conclusion, you all rock. I can't get enough of each and every one of you and I don't think we should waste any more of our awesome time worrying about this guy.

Thanks again everybody for the support.

Race Chick,

I see where your hits/views have really taken off since I've appeared on the scene.

You really need my cogent comments to spice things up on your blog. 49 "awesome" comments ain't nothing to sneeze at and all as a result of little old me.

I don't know how this comment snuck in here, but this topic and your time commenting here are done.

I don't need or want you here, and I see that just for old times sake you've decided to post one more wrong fact. Our hits took off well before you and your asinine comments showed up.

What's up?
